Electric Shower Not Working?
Try these checks before calling us. We can often save you a call-out with a two-minute conversation.
Check your fuse box. The shower circuit may have tripped. Also check that the pull cord or isolation switch above the shower is in the on position.
The heating element has most likely failed. This is the most common shower fault and in most cases means replacement is more economical than repair, especially on units over 4 years old.
Could be limescale in the showerhead. Try soaking in white vinegar overnight. If it has always felt weak, upgrading to a higher kW model will make a noticeable difference.
Turn off the isolator switch immediately. Water near live electrical components is extremely dangerous. Do not attempt to open or inspect the unit yourself.

Just make sure we can access the shower area and the fuse box. We bring the shower unit and all materials needed. We handle everything else including removal and disposal of your old unit. If you can clear the floor area around the shower that helps us work faster.
