Larger items like wardrobes and beds are moved a few feet away from walls each morning so we can access sockets and chase cables, then replaced in the evening. We protect everything with dust sheets and hoover at the end of each day. The only items we ask you to move beforehand are fragile ornaments, valuables and anything on the floor that could obstruct the work. Empty properties do let us work faster, so if you are between tenants or have just purchased the property, book the rewire before you move in.

The materials we use (Prysmian cable, MK accessories, BG or Fusebox consumer units) carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically 25+ years on cable and 2-5 years on accessories.
